I'm a trauma-informed therapist with almost 20 years experience who takes a relational, affirming, and skills-based approach to treating anxious, professional women who are overworked, overwhelmed and over ‘it.’

There has to be another way. You start searching for answers, doom-scrolling through TikTok or diving into the depths of Google in a desperate desire to reassure yourself that you're normal. It doesn't have to be like this, does it?
